Shipping policy

We pack and ship your orders within 48 hours after the order has been received. Orders received after 4pm on Friday or public holidays are aimed to be dispatched the next business day. Weekend orders will be dispatched the next business day. During busy sale periods, there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes.

Domestic Shipping
For islandwide orders within Singapore, please allow between 3-5 working days for Standard Shipping SGD$5 and 1-3 working days for Express Shipping SGD$10. Express Shipping applies on Monday - Friday only. Free Standard Shipping within Singapore when you spend above SGD$50.

International Shipping
International Shipping is currently available to Malaysia. Please allow between 7-14 working days for Standard Shipping SGD$12. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Due to COVID-19, International Shipping may take longer than usual due to additional border controls and restrictions on international travel. Drop us an email if you have any inquiries regarding international shipping service.
